The Old Jail and Sheriff's Residence Museum is the home of the Luce County Historical Society. This beautiful Queen Anne style building, constructed in 1894, is on the National Register of Historic Sites. Open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 1-4, from the end of June through August. September hours are 1-4 on Saturday only.

Community Action Agency has been assisting low and moderate-income families and individuals for over thirty (30) years with a variety of human services, and economic development initiatives. The mission of C-L-M Community Action Agency is to mobilize and utilize resources, public and private, in an attack on poverty; to provide decent housing that is affordable to low-income persons; to provide services that improve the conditions under which people live. Community Action administers programs such as Early Childhood Education (Head Start), Senior Services (Nutrition, Home Delivered Meals, In-Home Services, Adult Day Care), Housing, Weatherization and Transportation. In addition, the Agency operates other programs including: homeless prevention, rapid rehousing, supportive services, emergency services, Supportive Services for Veterans and their Families (SSVF), Targeted Food Assistance Program (TFAP), and Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP).
