5th Annual Newberry Oktoberfest Friday, October 4 - Saturday, October 5, 2013 Sponsored by Newberry Area Chamber of Commerce & Newberry Area Tourism Association Sponsor of the Bands: Newberry Motors Friday, October 4 At Zellar's Village Inn, 7552 State Highway M-123 11:00am-1:00pm 8th Annual Legislative Luncheon. Come on out and hear from state, local and national legislators and candidates, followed by a written question/answer time. Lunch cost is $15 at the door. At American Legion Hall, M-123 2:00-6:00pm: Jane Fuller, soloist, accompanied by the Norm Siess Variety Band, will start the festivities with the National Anthem followed by a patriotic sing-a-long, dancing, concession & door prizes. 7:00pm-11:00pm: Dancing to Richie Yurkovich Polkariety of Willard, WI ****Concession available all day****
Saturday October 5 At Tahquamenon Logging Museum, 1 mi. N of Newberry on M-123 7:00am-Noon Lumberjack Breakfast (All-You-Can-Eat pancakes, eggs, bacon, homemade sausage, american fries, coffee & milk) Adults $7.50, 6-12yrs $5.00, under 5yrs - free.
